The ninth Huế Festival 2016 will be held from April 29 to May 4, honouring cultural and historical values of the former capital city.
Themed “710 years of Thuận Hoá, Phú Xuân, Thừa Thiên – Huế; Cultural Heritage with Integration and Development”, the festival will celebrate the founding of Thuận Hoá, Phú Xuân, Thừa Thiên – Huế.
Artistic performances of Vietnamese and foreign artists from several countries, including the US, Mexico, Denmark, the UK and Russia, will be organised in the Huế Citadel, An Định Palace and other places.
