BẮC GIANG - The Bắc Giang Province Forest Protection Department will focus on preventing and fighting forest fires, providing warnings to localities and promptly mobilising forces for firefighting if needed, its deputy director, Nguyễn Văn Hậu, has said.
Quảng Trị Province is mobilising resources and seeking to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through protection of natural forests and afforestation.
The campaign, jointly organised by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Việt Nam and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, attracted the attention and participation of all 63 provinces and centrally-run cities nationwide.
