BÌNH DƯƠNG PROVINCE — Happy One Central in Bình Dương Province, an apartment project by Vạn Xuân Group, topped out last Saturday (July 15).

Speaking at the topping-out ceremony, general director of Vạn Xuân Group Mr. Đoàn Văn Hoạt said his company’s consistent motto in business is to always keep its commitments to customers about product quality, construction progress and legal transparency.

During the implementation of the Happy One Central project, the company and its partners had constantly maintained their focus on quality and safety, he said.

“We are committed to strict adherence to principles and standards to ensure that we provide our customers with the quality residence they deserve.”

Despite being saddled with the difficulties and challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic and market fluctuations, the company and its partners had constantly made efforts to accelerate the progress of the construction that had begun at the end of 2020 to ensure they keep their commitments to customers.

The project completed its structural phase with more than 2.2 million hours put in by thousands of workers, support departments, technicians, and senior experts.

With its “golden” location in the centre of Thủ Dầu Một city, the Happy One Central smart apartment complex impressed with its topping-out ceremony taking place more than 140m above ground.

Besides the developer, it is impossible not to mention the prestigious partners such as general contractor Central Cons JSC, supervision consultant Artelia, concept design consultancy Ong&Ong, design consultant INNO, landscape design company LJ-Asia, and the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

The topping-out ceremony demonstrates the prestige and capacity of the developer and its partners in fulfilling commitments to customers.

Trần Quang Tuấn, chairman and general director of Central Cons JSC, said the topping-out ceremony took place in accordance with the agreement between the general contractor and developer.

“This also shows the determination of the investor to ensure the progress and quality of the work.”

Designed as two towers, the apartment blocks have 40 floors and three basements each. A glass bridge connecting the two towers at a height of more than 137m will enhance the project’s brand identity and value compared to others in the vicinity.

With a target of handing over apartments in the first quarter of 2024, the 10,162sq.m development has more than 1,300 high-quality apartments meant for more than 5,000 occupants.

The construction density is only around 34 per cent, with areas for ​​​​utilities and greenery accounting for 1.03ha, which is ideal for those who prefer a green and relaxed lifestyle.

On the ground, third and 20th floors and rooftop are 68 utilities like a commercial area, kindergarten, infinity pool, 3D driving range, children’s play area, chill sky bar, and observatory, which will offer residents unique and fascinating experiences.

On the occasion, the company threw open for viewing actual apartments to help customers get the most honest picture of their future home equipped with European and American interior brands like Kohler, Dulhal, Hafele, and Daikin.

On July 15 a number of outstanding facilities associated with relaxation needs such as a 3D golf gym, yoga room, children’s play area, billiards area, and others were also thrown open to visitors.
