Rare turbulence incident reported in Việt Nam

VĨNH PHÚC — Hundreds of foreign experts have been cleared to work in the northern province of Vĩnh Phúc.
They have been put under close supervision and tested based on the Ministry of Health (MoH)'s guidelines, and everyone tested negative for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
