HÀ NỘI — Seven high-profile artists will delight audience’s senses with works in the fields of contemporary sound art and performance on the evening of July 15th at the Goethe Institut.

Their performance will be a truly rare and unique occasion to meet up with very established artists who are internationally acknowledged and active in different parts of the world.

They are Kazehito Seki from Tokyo; Sato Yukie, a Japanese guitarist, vocalist and composer living in South Korea; sound artist Shayne Bowden from Australia; FU aka Nelson Landwerh, who creates immersive soundscapes with hypnotic beats and subtle melodies; Clemydia & Generateurs of Switzerland, with Daniel Maszkowicz, who creates massive polyphonic and multichannel soundscapes where frequencies merge into an intense magma of resonating waves, bringing the audience into an immersive hypnotic atmosphere; Nikola H Mounoud of Switzerland, who provides unexpected dense sonic blasts, total non-sense and deep irrationality; and Đào Anh Khánh of Việt Nam, a surrealist and an internationally recognised leader among Asian artists who are breaking away from traditional, stylistic and political constraints.

The performance will take place at 7.30pm at the Goethe Institute, 56-58 Nguyễn Thái Học Street, Hà Nội. — VNS
