It states that“WELCOME TO PETROVIETNAM OIL DMCC (PetroVietnam Oil Corporation Affiliate)”on the Home page of the website,“PetroVietnam Oil DMCC is global venture, with PetroVietnam Oil Corporation as shareholders”on the tab of Who we are of the website.

By this notice, we would like to officially announce that

1. PVOIL has absolutely no relationshipwith the company so-called“PetroVietnam Oil DMCC”; and
2. PVOIL shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities in relation to any activities or business transactions of the company so-called “PetroVietnam Oil DMCC”.
