HÀ NỘI — Around 1,500 people from seven countries attended the “KILORUN HANOI 2019 RUN EAT FUN" event in Hà Nội on Sunday.
The event was organised by Index Creative Village in collaboration with AirAsia as part of the new concept of “RUN, EAT, FUN IN ONE GO”.
"The event has achieved its goal with 1,500 international runners from seven countries including Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, England, Belgiun, the United States and Việt Nam. Hà Nội was chosen by KILORUN as it is one of the popular cities for tourists in Asia. With its distinctive culture, delicious local food, comfortable and affordable travel, it creates a good impression for all of our participants every time, especially for foreign tourists who love to enjoy new activities,” said Kreingkrai Kanjanapokin, founder and CEO of Index Creative Village Public Company Limited.
Kreingkrai added that the next race was scheduled to be held in Thailand where the KM Run will take place around Rattanakosin Island in Bangkok, so that all runners can retrace the fascinating old city of Bangkok surrounded by historic landmarks such as the Grand Palace, the City Pillar Shrine and other iconic temples. The KG route will run through Yaowarat (China Town) where signature restaurants are ready to satisfy food lovers. —VNS
