The three summits include the 7th Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy Summit (ACMECS), the 8th Cambodia-Lao PDR-Myanmar-Việt Nam Summit (CLMV) and the World Economic Forum on Mekong Summit (WEF-Mekong).

These trucks and coaches have been prohibited from entering five major streets from 06:00 to 09:00, 11:00 to 14:30 and 16:00 to 18:00 daily.
