Next Week: What do you think about public property protection in Việt Nam?

A disregard for public property is an issue for cities and governments worldwide. However, this problem seems to be more serious in Việt Nam, where more people vandalise public property. They litter, graffiti public places or step on flowers in parks.

Do you have any experiences on this matter in Việt Nam? What is it like in your country? How do you think we can tackle this problem? Would stricter laws, like in Singapore for example, be effective?
