HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam’s top tennis player Lý Hoàng Nam was ousted from the quarter-final match of the Thailand F5 Futures in Huahin yesterday.

World No 658 Nam lost to No 2 seed Kwon Soon Woo of South Korea, world No 335, 6-4, 4-6, 3-6 after two hours and 14 minutes.

Woo’s rival in the semi-final will be Jea Moo Lee of South Korea.

Earlier, two other Vietnamese representatives Artem Vũ and Trịnh Linh Giang also failed at this tournament. — VNS
