Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc received Japanese Minister of Economic Revitalisation Toshimitsu Motegi on the sidelines of the Việt Nam Business Summit 2017, an event of the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week, in the central city of Đà Nẵng on Tuesday.
