The new 78 COVID-19 cases reported this morning include two imported cases and 76 local infections detected in Hồ Chí Minh City (46), Bắc Giang (20), Bắc Ninh (7), and Nghệ An (3); 71 of the local cases were found in locked down or quarantined areas.
