Bùi Viện Street, dubbed “Western Street” in downtown HCM City, used to be the place where most foreign tourists came to experience the nightlife. But as non-essential services are still closed to prevent COVID-19, some bars and pubs have been turned into mini-marts selling fruits and vegetables.
