Theaward is based on HR Asia's proprietary survey of employee feedback aswell as presentations by senior management. Companies were also judged by an independent panel of industry experts,academics, journalists, and government representatives.

Arrow scoredsignificantly higher than the industry average in all three components, with anaverage of 4.88 in both "Heart" and "Mind" and 4.89 for "Soul" on ascale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest rating.
