Live world music to be in tune

HÀ NỘI — A performance of world music will take place on May 20 with Vietnamese and international artists.

The show aims to tell stories of diversified culture through indigenous instruments, singing and dancing. It is held monthly to bring a different flavour, a new eye-opening style of the communication of emotions connected to the history of people across the world.

It will star Amine Canamine (guimbri, vocals), Hà Đình Huy  (Vietnamese, Middle Eastern and world percussion), David Payne (electric guitar), Thái Hà Đàm (đàn tỳ bà- pear-shaped lute with four strings), Omar Fikri (percussion and backing vocals), Bryan Wilson (cello) and Ahlam Labiad (dancing).

The performance will be held at Hanoi Social Club, 6 Hội Vũ Street. — VNS
