HCM CITY — Canon Marketing Vietnam has opened a new repair and warranty centre in HCM City.

Located at 184 Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa Street, District 3, the centre has been built to Canon’s regional standards and cost US$2 million. 

It repairs cameras, printers and photocopiers.

It also has a call centre to answer inquiries from customers about products, prices, promotions and warranties.

Canon Vietnam’s general director, Hiroshi Yokota, said: “Việt Nam is still a nation of opportunity for us.  Investing in an international standard service centre for repairs reiterates to customers our commitment to quality and service and the long-term view we hold for them here.” — VNS
