KIÊN GIANG — The debut ceremony of Regent Residences Phu Quoc on Saturday attracted the interest of hundreds of participants in the first six-star hotel and resort on the island.

Regent Residences Phu Quoc also marked the presence of global luxury hospitality brand Regent in Việt Nam. Regent Hotels Group, with a development history of nearly 50 years now, owns and operates around 20 hotels and resorts worldwide.

The project is expected to be on par with Việt Nam’s top resorts such as InterContinental Đà Nẵng, The Nam Hai, JW Marriot Phú Quốc or Amanoi Vĩnh Hy.

Regent Residences Phu Quoc, located in BIM Group’s Phu Quoc Marina, covers 15ha, with 120 hotel rooms, 76 luxury villas and 42 sky villas.

Lê Nguyễn, from the project’s sale agent MGV, said that he believed in the success of Regent Residences Phu Quoc due to its luxury and uniqueness. Nguyễn said that many customers registered to buy properties of Regent Residences Phu Quoc after visiting the model villa.

Lý Hà Hưng, an investor from HCM City, said, “With experience of investing in property for many years, I see great potential for Regent Residences Phu Quoc, especially its location on Long Beach, a 10-minute drive from Phú Quốc International Airport, which might become a tourism hub of the island.”

According to Nguyễn Diệu Hương, a representative from the project’s developer BIM Group, Regent Residences Phu Quoc’s design was based on Vietnamese-style architecture, with simplicity and elegance.

BIM Group is offering attractive sales policies with a guaranteed profit of no less than nine per cent per year in nine years and revenue sharing of up to 40 per cent. — VNS
