MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA - MediaOutReach - 12 February 2019 - Australian businesses can now useartificial intelligence (AI) to accelerate and help reduce bias in recruitmentprocesses, thanks to a partnership between leading Talent ManagementSoftware-as-a-Service provider PageUp and machine learning startup PredictiveHire.

 

As part of the partnership, joint clients canuse PredictiveHire's AI technology to conduct the first level of screening forjob applications. The addition of PredictiveHire's AI technology to PageUp'srecruitment solution will allow for faster, more objective hiring decisionsbased on data and trends drawn from historically high-performers.
