HCM CITY — LED screens have been set up in cities and provinces in the country for the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 final.
To support Việt Nam’s national team in the first leg of the final match against Malaysia today, a 30m2 ultra-wide LED screen has been installed at Huế Industry College.
A music festival will also be held for 8,000 fans.
According to Thái Vĩnh Khuynh, head of the event’s organising board, fans will be given free flags and ribbons to cheer their team on.
In Hồ Chí Minh Square in Vinh City, Nghệ An Province, a 70m2 LED screens is also expected to attract around 10,000 fans.
Screens have also been erected on Nguyễn Huệ Street, Thanh Niên Culture House in District 1 in HCM City as well as in Đà Nẵng, Cần Thơ and Lâm Đồng, along with Mỹ Đình National Stadium and Hàng Đẫy Stadium in Hà Nội. — VNS
