Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc ordered the government of HCM City to investigate a disturbing smell reported by residents in the southern part of the city in recent weeks.

A total of 26 traffic accidents happened on Saturday, the second day of the three-day National Day holiday, killing nine people and injuring 31 others, according to the Traffic Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security.
