HCM City — Saigon Classical Music Group will present the concert “Northern Lights” at the HCM City’s Southern Women’s Museum on August 6.
The first part of the concert will highlight compositions by Schubert, Handel, Mozart and Gerigt, while the second part will include works by Kreisler, Tchaikovsky, Bach, Chopin and Ravel.
The performance will feature young musicians and vocalists Phạm Khánh Ngọc, Trần Mai Hồng and Lê Hoa Phong Lan.
Established in 2005, the group aims to offer free performances to the public, as well as support new music talent.
The concert will take place from 7-9:30 pm. The museum is at 202 Võ Thị Sáu Street in District 3. Free tickets can be requested at www.goo.gl/LlnzAS. – VNS
