Movenpick Hotels Resorts group plans to expand its business in VN

HÀ NỘI — Movenpick Hotels & Resorts Group plans to expand in Việt Nam, said its executive committee in Hà Nội on Wednesday.                                                                        

As part of its Grand Tour of Asia, including Việt Nam, Oliver Chavy, chairman of the group said “Việt Nam is strategically importance strategy for the group because the country is one of the region’s highest growth potential hospitality market and has strong development prospects.”

The group plans to open Movenpick Resort Cam Ranh with 250 rooms, 100 residences and 100 villas in 2018, in Phú Quốc with 330 rooms in 2019, in Quy Nhơn, Đà Nẵng and Quảng Bình in 2020.

During their visit to Việt Nam, the committee met company colleagues and local hotel owners and visited locations of upcoming properties. — VNS
