Hà Thị Linh, one of Việt Nam’s leading female boxers in the 60kg division, is deep into her final training block before the 33rd edition of the SEA Games slated for December 9-20 in Thailand.

At Hà Nội Boxing Centre, the atmosphere is focused and methodical, with the sound of gloves cracking against pads, the rapid shuffle of feet on canvas, and the constant exchange of instructions between athlete and coach filling the hall.

Known for her explosive speed and relentless work rate, Linh moves through rounds of technical sparring, mitt work, and conditioning with the calm intensity of someone who has lived this cycle many times before. From early morning runs to late evening sessions, every detail is measured and repeated.
