Young Air shooters prepare for national tourney

HÀ NỘI — Twelve teams will participate in the National Youth Air Shooting Championships, to be held from June 15 to 23 in Đắk Lắk Province.

Athletes from the 12 teams will be divided into two groups: under 18 and under 16. They will compete in 10 categories each, for both individual and team titles.

Last year, HCM City topped the ranking table with 13 golds; Vĩnh Phúc came second with seven; and Hà Nội third with five. Young shooters set nine new records during the tournament.

The Việt Nam Shooting Federation will select athletes for the national team based on the results of this championship. — VNS
