The Southern province of Cà Mau is a popular tourist attraction, and also well-known for its regional specialties such as fish sauce, prawn crackers and honey. The province is focusing on integrating goods certified with One Commune One Product (a national programme for promoting regional products) into tourism to make the best out of its two strengths.
