28-year-old model Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Châu from the southern province of Tây Ninh has been chosen as Việt Nam’s representative at the Miss Universe competition next year. Having taken part in several beauty contests, Châu impressed the judges with her appearance and the ability to express herself verbally.
