Age is just a number for the ethnic minority women and Laotians in Hướng Hóa District, Quảng Trị Province. Unable to speak Vietnamese, they want to learn to help better their lives and conduct business. The meaningful activity is held by the local border guards and the women’s union, contributing to improving the living conditions of the people in this impoverished mountainous area.
