HCM CITY — Online marketplace and hospitality service Airbnb has listed HCM City among the 10 best cities for solo travellers. 

HCM City ranks second behind Mexico’s Cancun city. It is followed by Cologne in Germany, Playa del Carmen in Mexico, Johannesburg in South Africa, São Paulo in Brazil, Auckland in New Zealand, Mexico City, Charlotte in the US, and Busan in Republic of Korea.

According to Airbnb, destinations around the world are piquing the interest of solo travellers.

HCM City saw a 146 per cent increase in interest while Cologne was close behind at 142 per cent. — VNS
