Việt Nam’s coronavirus caseload continues to rise, with 14,599 new infections announced on Wednesday, along with 230 deaths.

The Vietnamese capital Hà Nội reported a record number of coronavirus cases for the third consecutive day on Friday, registering 791 infections, according to the Ministry of Health. 

Mild and asymptomatic F0 cases will be given treatment at home on a trial basis in Hà Nội if they meet certain conditions set out by the health sector, according to the city Party Committee.
