Ingredients: serves 1
- One lemon, sliced
- 100ml liquid sugar
- 300ml vodka
- shaved ice
- Cut sliced lemons and put into glass. Pound and press the lemon and liquid sugar together.
- Fill the glass two-thirds full with the shaved ice and vodka. Shake the mixture.
- Garnish with two sliced lemons and fresh mint.
