Phu Quoc Pepper and Blackcurrant Mojito

Phuùø Quoc pepper and blackcurrant mojito features among the selection of ten signature cocktails in the special menu summer chilled - dessert in a glass. The mojito is the perfect mixology between classic cocktails and famous desserts and premium ice creams. Enjoy!

Ingredients: serves 1

  • 1 scoop of blackcurrant and Phu Quoc pepper sorbet
  • 50ml Captain Morgan
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • soda water and brown sugar to taste
  • fresh mint leaves to taste
  • whipped cream to taste

Method:

  • Pour the Captain Morgan, lime juice, brown sugar, fresh mint leaves and half scoop of sorbet into a wine glass.
  • Stir well until the sorbet is melted.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Top up with soda water.
  • Stir well.
  • Add whipped cream.
  • Put half of sorbet on the top.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
