NGHE AN (VNS)— A ceremony was held on Saturday to start the construction of a flyover at the intersection between National Highway 46 and the North-South railway in the central province of Nghe An.
The VND450 billion (US$21.4 million) project, following the build-operate-transfer form, is expected to open for traffic in April next year.
One of 80 flyovers on the North-South railway, it aims to ease traffic congestion and minimise accidents.
