attend Ha Noi meeting
HA NOI — Nearly 1,400 delegates will attend an overseas
Vietnamese meeting in Ha Noi aimed at strengthening their community and

International had selected Viet Nam to begin a pilot project to build houses for

District, in northern Hai Duong Province.
The project is part of the US Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work
