HÀ NỘI — Vietnamese martial artists have returned home with two silver medals from the International Federation of Muaythai Amateur World Championships in Mexico.

Nguyễn Doãn Long lost to Mark Valovich of Russia 28-29 in the final of the men’s 51kg category, while another Vietnamese representative, Bùi Yến Ly, also lost to Josefin Lindgren Knutsson of Sweden in the women’s 51kg final with the same score.

Việt Nam won two gold medals at the same event held last year in Belarus.
