Workers install solar panels on the roof of Võ Chí Công High School in the central province of Quảng Nam. The panels are expected to cut costs by VNĐ1.5 million (US$65) per month, reducing the burden on students from low-income families. Three other schools in the central and Central Highland regions have had similar systems installed since the beginning of this year. VNA/VNS Photo Văn Dũng
