HA NOI (VNS) — The Standing Committee of the 13th National Assembly will give comments on investment and construction plans for Long Thanh Airport during its 35th session, which will start on Wednesday in Ha Noi.
During the three-day sitting, which comes after a nine-day-long Tet holiday, the legislators will discuss differing views on a law concerning the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies; the law on natural resources, maritime environment and islands; and the revised law on the State budget.
They will also look into a plan to allocate Government bond-sourced standby capital between 2011 and 2015.
At its 34th session, the Standing Committee examined preparations for the upcoming 132nd General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU-132), which will take place in Ha Noi in March.
