HA NOI (VNS) — The Government created the best possible conditions for the Viet Nam Journalists' Association (VJA) to strengthen co-operation with the ASEAN Press Federation (APF) and international press, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said yesterday.
Meeting an APF delegation led by journalist Benny Antirpoda yesterday, Dam spoke highly of the organisation's role in recent times.
He said he hoped the APF would raise a stronger voice, actively contributing to peace, and stability in the region and the world.
Antirpoda said ASEAN journalists would continue to exchange ideas and contribute to enhance the relations among the people of ASEAN and the world. — VNS
