HA NOI (VNS)— Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung yesterday sent a condolence message to Spanish PM Mariano Rajoy over the death of former Spanish PM Adolfo Suarez.
He died at a Madrid hospital last Sunday after suffering from a prolonged illness. — VNS
