NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN
FOR PURCHASING OF SPARE PART FOR FLAME ROD DECTECTOR
Subject: PURCHASING SPARE PART FOR FLAME ROD DECTECTOR
Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning a procurement package to select suitable supplier(s) for provision of PURCHASING OF SPARE PART FOR FLAME ROD DECTECTOR. If your company is interested in this procurement package, please fill in and complete the questionnaires below and:
- Submit electronic copy in USB flash drive along with the following original copies.
- Submit one (01) original and one (01) copy in a sealed envelope, state clearly “RESPONSE FOR PURCHASING SPARE PART FOR FLAME ROD DECTECTOR” to the following address no later than 5:00 PM on 25th Mar 2020.

QUESTION 2: Can you provide business registration certificate of your company?
If yes, please provide the notarized copy of document.
QUESTION 3: Does your company have experience in providing instrument spare part with value equal or more than Fifty thousand US dollar?
If yes, provide the evidences (at least one full copy of executed contracts/ purchase orders).
QUESTION 4: Does your company have more than 3 years’ experience in providing instrument spare part which relevant to Heater Equipment?
If yes, provide the evidences (at least 2 full copy of executed contracts/ purchase orders).
QUESTION 5: Does your company has a policy of after sale services to customers (warranty condition and workflow how to response for any request from customer)?
