Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for purchase Masoneilan spare part in order to select suitable supplier for provision of products for NSRP. The tentative date of completing this procurement will be in Jan 2020.
If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and complete questionnaire below in a sealed envelope, state clearly RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE “Purchase Masoneilan Spare Part” including 01 originals, 2 copies, its scan file by USB and send back to us by following address by 4.00 PM, 17th Jan 2020 at the latest.

QUESTION 1: Do you have a clear intention in supplying spare part for Masoneilan valves in Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC?
QUESTION 2: Can you provide business registration certificate of your company?
If yes, please provide the notarized copy of document.
QUESTION 3: Does your company have at least 2 years’ experience in providing instrument spare part with value equal or more than 100,000 USD?
If yes, please provide the evidences (at least one full copy of executed contracts/ purchase orders).
QUESTION 4: Does your company provide 12 months warranty and technical support after sale?
If yes, please let us know your proposal.
