Tropical low pressure appears in East Sea

HA NOI — A tropical low-pressure system was forecast to bring the first storm of the season today over the southern part of the East Sea, warned the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.

Wind speeds are expected to reach 62-74kmh near the eye of the storm.

The storm will cause rough seas and heavy rain with a possibility of whirlwinds along the coast from the south central province of Binh Thuan to the southern province Ca Mau.-VNS
