Israeli chef Shahar Lubin presents fried tofu and other unique Vietnamese-Israeli fusion dishes to the press at his restaurant, Daluva, 33 To Ngoc Van Street in Ha Noi . The dishes will be introduced to guests next week on the occasion of "A Week of Culinary Friendship" from January 18- 24. This culinary week, being co-organised by the restaurant and the Embassy of Israel in Viet Nam, is expected to be a great opportunity to share the culinary art of Israel and its similarities to Vietnamese food, and to celebrate the two countries' friendship through food. — VNS Photo Bach Lien
