Visitors savour Haitian food during the Haitian Cultural Week, which commenced at the Haitian Embassy on Monday. During the three-day festival, the embassy invited guests, foreign friends, partners and exhibition visitors to taste traditional Haitian dishes – prepared by chefs from Haiti – such as griot (fried pork), acra (malanga and salted fish), beef patties and fried plantains. — VNS Photo Minh Thu
