Photographers Doan Cong Tinh, Chu Chi Thanh, Mai Nam and Hua Kiem were war journalists based in northern Viet Nam, who joined the army troop to liberate the south in 1975. They also participated in an international festival of photojournalism entitled Visa pour l'Image, held in Perpignan, France, last year by noted French war journalist Patrick Chauvel.
