BVSC reports after-tax profit of $5.4 million

HÀ NỘI – Bảo Việt Securities Company (BVSC) reported a realised after-tax profit of VNĐ127.9 billion (US$5.4 million) last year, completing 102 per cent of its plan.

The company published its financial statements for last year audited by Ernst & Young Việt Nam on Tuesday.

BVSC’s revenue reached VNĐ564.1 billion, equal to 111 per cent of the plan.

Profit after tax of the company reached VNĐ135.51 billion, equal to 106 per cent of the plan and 131 per cent over the same period.

The capital adequacy ratio of BVSC reached 714 per cent as of December 31, nearly four times higher than the required capital ratio of the Ministry of Finance at 180 per cent. — VNS
