HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — VinaLiving, the property brand of leading Viet Nam-focused asset management and real estate company VinaCapital, won in two categories at the inaugural Vietnam Property Awards.
Held at the Intercontinental Asiana Saigon last Friday by Ensign Media and supervised by BDO, the fifth largest accounting firm in the world, it was the first event of its kind in Viet Nam.
Acknowledging excellence in location, construction, design, and innovation, the annual awards recognise industry professionals who plan and build quality new developments. It offers 21 prizes across four categories: best developer, best development, best design, and best of the best.
VinaCapital won honours in both the categories it entered -- Best condo development (resort) in Viet Nam for the Ocean Apartments and the highly commended award for Best villa development (resort) in Viet Nam for the Point, both at the Danang Beach Resort.
"These two awards reaffirm VinaCapital as a recognised real estate development team and the superior standard of quality and expertise we bring to each project we are involved in," David Blackhall, managing director of VinaCapital Real Estate, said.
"Our approach of offering buyers a product that meets international standards at a competitive price under one master brand sets VinaCapital apart from its competitors not only in Viet Nam but also across the region."
The winners of the awards will compete with their regional peers at the fifth annual South East Asia Property Awards to be held at the Shangri La Hotel in Singapore in October this year. — VNS
