HA NOI (VNS) — The Ha Noi People's Committee has given permission for work to start on the upgrade of the Nghia Do residential quarter in Cau Giay District, estimated to cost about VND995 billion (US$47.380 million).
The project, jointly implemented by three companies, is expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2016 and will provide 515 apartments to replace buildings A and B that have badly degraded.
The project covers a total area of nearly 7,770 square metres and will provide accommodation for about 2,100 people.
Over half of the apartments will be designated for relocation while the investors will use the rest for sales to recover capital. — VNS
