The Korean Trade and Investment Promotion Agency in Ha Noi will organise a meeting between a group of 40 South Korean companies and Vietnamese companies on December 2 and 3.
The group includes businesses in fields such as garments, food, cosmetics, machines, home appliances and information technology.
According to the organiser, the meeting is an opportunity for local companies to buy machines and equipment.

Quang Ngai revokes licences
The central province of Quang Ngai's People's Committee has decided to withdraw the investment licences it issued to 12 domestic investors in the Dung Quat Economic Zone. The investors failed to proceed with their projects due to financial issues.
The projects were in tourism, paper manufacturing and logistic services for offshore fishing.
The province asked the Dung Quat Economic Zone's managing board to try to financially help 48 other investors who have also delayed project implementation.

Can Tho to host green tourism week
The Cuu Long (Mekong) River Delta Green Tourism Week will be held in Can Tho City next year. The three-day event will be organised by the Southwest Steering Committee and the city's People's Committee on April 26.
There will be conferences, seminars and discussions on tourism promotion in the region, green tourism investment, and tourism development in Mekong provinces and cities.
