HÀ NỘI – Many people now tend to choose apartments which give them not only a wonderful living environment but also a good investment. For them, Green Bay Garden is an ideal choice.
According to developer BIM Group, demand to own a home among young Vietnamese is increasing rapidly in the country with nearly 33 per cent of the population between the ages of 25-45 and having demand for buying a home. Two-bedroom apartments were suitable for extended families. Garden apartments on the ground floor were also a good investment because these apartments could be used for doing business.
Green Bay Garden was also considered a good investment as a hometel, given that rising tourist arrivals to the northern province of Quảng Ninh were lifting demand.
Trung Lâm, director of Trung Lâm Tourism Company, said, “Thanks to room booking platforms like Airbnb, home owners now can run their apartments as a hometel. I have learned that demand for hometels has increased significantly in Hạ Long. Projects near Green Bay Garden all have high rate of occupancy, from 80-90 per cent. Here, the supply of hometels remains limited.”
Lâm decided to register to buy three studio apartments, two one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments to run them as hometel business.
From Green Bay Garden, it is easy to reach the major destinations of Hạ Long, such as Hạ Long market, Bãi Cháy Bus Station, Bãi Cháy Port, Tuần Chuân Complex and Ocean Parkwithin three to five minutes’ drive.
A representative of BIM Land said that developing mid-end apartments like Green Bay Garden was not easy. “Customers are now more demanding about their living environment, amenities, services quality as well as profitability.”
