Sun Group will launch the second phase of Sun Premier Village Kem Beach Resort, located in the southern island of Phú Quốc.
On the launch day, all customers will get 5 per cent discount on the value of the purchased product.
The project has been designed by renowned Australian architectural firm Dark Horse and Hong Kong-based Aedas Landscape Ltd.
It has been designed as an exclusive village nestled amidst the ecosystem of Kem beach and separated from the rest of the island by water canals that surround it.
Launched for the first time in Hà Nội and HCM City in June, the resort was well received as a private, trendy resort that will be a tourist’s paradise.
All villas at Sun Premier Village Kem Beach Resort are roofed with straw and separated by rows of coconut trees.
Following up on this success, Sun Group is now introducing the second phase of the project, the Sirena villa complex, whose architecture has been inspired by mermaids.
Stretching across 59.6 hectares, the building structures occupy only 17 to 21 per cent of the total space, a proportion typical of international-level resorts. The resort offers high-end amenities such as restaurants, bars, club and gym.
Investors will pay zero interest on loans of up to 70 per cent of the villa’s value, with a grace period of up to 24 months. They are also guaranteed profit of up to 9 per cent for 15 years from a time-share programme, and get 225 nights of free stay at the resort and any hotel network owned by the group.
The VNĐ4.9 trillion ($215.9 million) trans-sea cable system that will link An Thới town with Hòn Thơm, is in its first phase, and the Hòn Thơm sea entertainment complex will start operations soon. The Sun Premier Village Kem Beach Resort is another addition to this vacation destination.
